FOOD VENDORS

Let’s work together.

We are seeking up to 9 food trucks and 4 food tent vendors. (Tents will be provided by the vendors. The organizer will provide one 6-foot table and 2 chairs.) Vendors will need to provide their own sound-insulated generators. Vendor Fee: $500 total for the three-day event.

FAQs

  • We will be accepting 9 food trucks and 4 food tents (no tenting, tables, or chairs provided). The vendor should provide sound-insulated generators. The vendors must adhere to the County Health Department Guidelines and the City of Aurora Code Enforcement Guidelines.

    • Set up begins: Friday, November 1, 2024 at 11:00am

    • Breakdown: Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 8:00pm-10:00pm

  • Vendor must be available for the full schedule. Hours of operation are mandatory and violations will face penalty fees.

    • Friday, November 1, 2024 from 5:00pm-9:00pm

    • Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 11:00am-9:00pm

    • Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 11:00am-8:00pm

  • You will be informed of your status in September 2024, at which point the $500 vendor fee will be due.

    *If you are a small business and would like to apply for a vendor fee scholarship, please submit a brief history of your business outlining how much financial assistance you require. Maximum benefit: 50% per vendor.
