FOOD VENDORS
We will be accepting 10 food trucks and 6 food tent applications. No tenting, tables, or chairs provided). The vendor should provide sound-insulated generators. The vendors must adhere to the County Health Department Guidelines and the City of Aurora Code Enforcement Guidelines.
Please submit the application, along with two photos of your vendor set up. (Do not send money.)
RETAIL VENDORS
Size of each space is approximately 10’x10’. Vendors will be assigned a 6-foot table in the Gift Bazaar, per organizers discretion.

ARTISTS
All art installations must be family-friendly and self-sufficient.
Please complete an application, before May 2, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Set up windows will be assigned by vendor type. Special considerations will be discussed directly with the organizer.

Vendor must be available for the full schedule. Hours of operation are mandatory and violations will face penalty fees unless written permission has been provided by the organizer.

$300 (total two-day fee)*If you are a small business and would like to apply for a vendor fee scholarship, please answer “YES” to the final question in the vendor application form and answer all questions that populate. Maximum benefit: 50% per vendor.

If accepted, your group must provide a certificate of insurance naming Visit Aurora as additional insured. By applying, you grant Visit Aurora exclusive rights to use, in any media, your name, likeness, photos or reproduction of your performances for any purpose including promotion, advertising or otherwise. Visit Aurora and its employees, sponsors, and partners are released of their liabilities and/or damages that may arise. By applying, you accept the risk associated with participation and release Visit Aurora, its employees, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities and/or damages on account of personal injury or property damage which may occur before, during, or after the event.
