Be amongst the first to glimpse behind-the-scenes at the Aurora Borealis Festival. Ensure all festival-goers know where to go when they arrive by setting up event signage, including way-finding.

Join us in the Visit Aurora office before the festival to prepare badges, informational packets, and other administrative tasks necessary to ensure a smooth event.

Support the entertainment coordinator and talent with setup, breakdown, and general hospitality. Must be able to move about the grounds carrying up to 50lbs at a time.

  • The 2025 Aurora Borealis Festival will be open to the public

    • Friday, October 10 from 4:00pm-10:00pm

    • Saturday, October 11 from 4:00pm-10:00pm

    VOLUNTEER HOURS differ based on shift selection.

  • You will be informed of your status four weeks prior to the festival. By applying, you grant Visit Aurora exclusive rights to use, in any media, your name, likeness, or photos of you while fulfilling your duties. Visit Aurora and its employees, sponsors, and partners are released of their liabilities and/or damages that may arise. By applying, you accept the risk associated with participation and release Visit Aurora, its employees, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities and/or damages on account of personal injury or property damage which may occur before, during, or after the event.
