Let’s work together.

We are seeking up to 20 artisans and retail vendors to participate in our global gift bazaar beneath one illuminated tent. The organizer will provide one 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Vendor Fee: $300 total for the three-day event.

FAQs

  • Size of each space is approximately 8’x6’. The vendor should provide sound-insulated generators if required by the booth. The vendors must adhere to the County Health Department Guidelines and the City of Aurora Code Enforcement Guidelines.

    • Set up begins: Friday, November 1, 2024 at 11:00am

    • Breakdown: Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 8:00pm-10:00pm

  • Vendor must be available for the full schedule. Hours of operation are mandatory and violations will face penalty fees.

    • Friday, November 1, 2024 from 5:00pm-9:00pm

    • Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 11:00am-9:00pm

    • Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 11:00am-8:00pm

  • Vendors will be assigned a 6-foot table under the Gift Bazaar Tent, per organizers’ discretion.

  • You will be informed of your status in September 2024, at which point the $300 vendor fee will be due.

    *If you are a small business and would like to apply for a vendor fee scholarship, please answer the following questions. Maximum benefit 50% per vendor.
