All art installations, activations, and entertainment must be family-friendly and self-sufficient.
Please submit a photo, video, and 3-4 sentence description of the entertainment. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Please include any additional materials with your application that you deem necessary for us to better understand your act: press packages, videos, reviews, etc.
All vendors must adhere to the County Health Department Guidelines and the City of Aurora Code Enforcement Guidelines.

Breakdown: Monday, November 4, 2024 at 10:00am

Vendor must be available for the full schedule. Hours of operation are mandatory and violations will face penalty fees.
Friday, November 1, 2024 from 5:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 11:00am-9:00pm
Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 11:00am-8:00pm

Specialty Units will be assigned locations, per the organizers’ discretion.

You will be informed of your status in September 2024. If accepted, your group must provide a certificate of insurance naming Visit Aurora as additional insured. By applying, you grant Visit Aurora exclusive rights to use, in any media, your name, likeness, photos or reproduction of your performances for any purpose including promotion, advertising or otherwise. Visit Aurora and its employees, sponsors, and partners are released of their liabilities and/or damages that may arise. By applying, you accept the risk associated with participation and release Visit Aurora, its employees, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities and/or damages on account of personal injury or property damage which may occur before, during, or after the event.
